Today I had my first encounter with "First Encounter" Beach in Eastham. I went this morning to pick up some fabric donations for my students from a very nice woman who is part of a quilt guild on the Cape...after I picked up the fabric....I went exploring : )
It was a chilly, beautiful morning.
I have never seen a seagull sit down. I asked a man who was ready to go out into the ocean with some type of sailing apparatus if he thought the seagull was ok. We then looked around and saw more. He said he thinks he was just trying to stay warm from the wind. : )
Nature's patterns.
I loved the look of this path with the fall colors on the bushes in front and the call of the ocean so small in the distance but so inviting!
This bike path crossed over the street leading to the beach.
LOVE IT BETH!
